Registered Nurse (RN) for Ascension Auxiliary Air Field for a remote overseas assignment; no family accommodations available. Duties will include clinical program direction of station medical operations and provision of all routine, basic and emergency health care for permanently assigned personnel, Air force personnel, subcontractors and TDY contractors. RN is responsible for coordination and scheduling of testing required for annual physicals, to include collection and shipment of blood for laboratory testing, and the on-station provision of, urinalysis testing, audiometry, vision, EKG and spirometry examinations, and immunizations. RN will coordinate with appropriate management personnel for follow-up care and island medical evacuations.
