Ensures station operations and maintenance personnel are selected, trained, and qualified to meet contract requirements and government standards.
Ensures station operating procedures are developed and maintained to clearly describe current, approved procedures, performance standards, reporting and documentation requirements, and deviation procedures for all positions.
Ensures station operations and maintenance personnel are scheduled to meet contract and mission requirements and personnel are recalled when needed to meet emergency requirements.
Ensures the performance of all station operations and maintenance personnel are effectively monitored to detect deviations and deficiencies as early as possible and provide constructive feedback where required.
Ensures the station infrastructure is properly prepared, checked, and ready to meet mission requirements.
Ensures preventive and corrective maintenance is scheduled and performed in a timely and effective manner consistent with CSR and contract standards and requirements.
Ensures infrastructure degradation, failures, and maintenance outages are documented and reported in a timely way consistent with CSR and contract standards and requirements.
Ensure all station operations are conducted in accordance with CSR and contract personnel, facility, and system security standards and policies.
Ensures material, supplies, and property are ordered, stocked, and controlled to meet mission requirements consistent with CSR and contract standards.
Ensures Station Accounting, Travel, Housing provide the needed services to Station and TDY personnel.
Ensures Station Clinic provides quality medical care to Station and TDY personnel in accordance with contract directives.
Ensures Human Resource's policies are known and carried out and disciplinary action is done in a consistent manner
Ensure compliance with CSR quality program requirements and standards and participate in CSR and government process improvement initiatives.
Provide technical advice to CSR management, staff, and government personnel on station issues, anticipated operability, maintainability, or logistical problems, potential new technologies, and participate in the planning and integration of new or modified facilities and systems. |
